LAVIN STUDIO’s journey began in 2018 when its founder, Mexican photographer Perla Lavin, was invited to undertake a prestigious commission for Airbnb to photograph over 300 stunning properties across southern Mexico. The success of the project generated rising demand, leading to the creation of LAVIN STUDIO, specializing in property photography. By the following year, the studio was thriving and quickly gained a reputation for capturing the emerging luxury properties of the Riviera Maya.

Today, LAVIN STUDIO is a dynamic collective of creative professionals who share a deep passion for photography, architecture and design. Now based in Bristol, UK, the studio operates on both sides of the Atlantic, collaborating with architects, interior designers, real estate agencies, property managers, developers, holiday homes, and home décor brands.
